Questions

About analytics and tracking

What is the free tracking audit?

A review of your Tag Manager, GA4, consent and conversion setup, with a short written summary of what to fix first. There is no obligation.

Do I need Consent Mode?

If you advertise with Google to visitors in the European Economic Area, yes. Google needs their consent choice before it can use data for ad measurement and personalisation, and Consent Mode passes that choice on.

Why do my GA4 numbers differ from my sales?

Some gap is normal, because visitors who decline cookies are not counted. A large or sudden gap usually means a tag is missing, fires twice, or loses the source of the visit.
